**Job Title**: Inside Sales Representative (Remote) **Role Summary**: Drive sales growth for medical technology products through virtual engagement with healthcare professionals, focusing on wound closure and biosurgery solutions. Leverage sales methodologies and digital tools to identify customer needs, qualify leads, and execute end-to-end account management. **Expectations**: Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets (70% focus), generate and qualify leads via virtual outreach (15%), and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure (15%). **Key Responsibilities**: - Execute end-to-end account management for assigned clients, including stakeholder engagement, RFP navigation, and growth strategy development. - Promote medical device solutions virtually via phone and digital platforms, emphasizing clinical benefits and marketing materials. - Apply Challenger Sales methodology to address unmet customer needs and position value-driven proposals. - Collaborate with marketing and field teams to execute product launches and campaigns. - Maintain CRM data integrity and track KPIs using digital tools (e.g., Showpad). - Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical decision-makers (e.g., surgeons, SBOs) to secure partnerships and drive adoption. - Plan sales activities in coordination with regional managers and prepare virtual client appointments (e.g., trials, training). - Convert leads from multi-channel campaigns (conferences, webinars) into actionable sales opportunities. **Required Skills**: - Proven sales experience in medical technology/healthcare industry. - Strong negotiation and communication skills for virtual and phone-based selling. - Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools. - Ability to apply sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales) to complex healthcare markets. - Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, R&D, and field teams. - Fluency in translating product clinical benefits into customer value propositions. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field. - Preferred: Industry-specific sales certifications (e.g., pharmaceutical/MedTech sales training) or CRM certifications.
