**Job Title**
Dayforce HRIS Analyst
**Role Summary**
Manage, support, and enhance the Dayforce Human Resource Information System to ensure accurate data, system reliability, and compliance. Provide technical expertise to HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders, leading implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.

• Resolve incidents and escalations efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and system capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain Dayforce, including updates, configurations, and user access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, escalating complex cases.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless integrations and data transfers.
- Create and maintain standard and ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular data audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Train HR staff and end users on Dayforce functionalities and best practices.
- Lead implementation of new modules, features, and upgrades (planning, testing, deployment).
- Serve as technical lead for business acquisitions, managing end‑to‑end configuration, onboarding, and post‑integration audits.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and user guides.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in Dayforce (core HR, payroll, time & attendance, integrations, XML, workflows).
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and detail‑oriented skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions and diagrams.
- Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and presentation software.
- Independent work ethic with collaborative teamwork capability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HRIS analyst or similar role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Dayforce, HRIS, or database certifications) are a plus.
