Job Description
**Job title:** Technical Coordination Lead **Role Summary:** Lead cross‑functional technical coordination for a global fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance, performance optimisation, and stakeholder alignment across SeaLabs, Fleet Performance, Technical Management, and Commercial Operations. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate proactive strategic thinking and industry expertise. - Deliver concise, data‑driven reports to senior leadership and external parties. - Maintain high accuracy and integrity of technical databases impacting commercial decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create, update, and manage robust technical databases covering regulatory, performance, and commercial data. - Conduct regular audits of data flows and structures to improve efficiency and insight. - Deliver regular Technical Fleet Performance reports (speed, fuel consumption, emissions, risk mitigation). - Coordinate and lead stakeholder calls on commercially significant technical matters. - Collaborate with Technical Managers to identify, resolve, and prevent vessel performance issues. - Maintain accurate intervention records for the entire fleet and develop mitigation strategies per vessel. - Liaise with internal departments and third parties to develop analytical tools supporting fleet performance improvement. **Required Skills:** - 2–3 years of experience in technical coordination, fleet performance, or regulatory compliance in maritime or related engineering sectors. - Strong analytical, data management, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project). - Exceptional time‑management and multitasking skills. - Ability to present complex technical information to a broad stakeholder audience. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine & Naval Architecture, or related field preferred. - Relevant maritime or technical certifications (e.g., STCW, Marine Engineer, or equivalent) considered advantageous.
