Balances business development, client partnership, and talent recruitment to secure profitable project engagements. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and cultivate relationships with prospective clients and strategic accounts. - Define and implement commercial strategies for consulting projects, translating client needs into tailored solutions. - Lead clients through the entire sales cycle: needs analysis, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract signing. - Advise on workforce planning and strategic challenges, positioning the firm as a trusted partner. - Select, match, and allocate consultants to client assignments, ensuring optimal fit and project success. - Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve profitability while preserving client satisfaction. - Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, report results, and recommend actions for continuous improvement. - Manage a portfolio of clients and consultants, overseeing quality, continuity, and long‑term collaboration.
