Job Title: Project Manager
Role Summary: Drive cross-functional business operations projects within a tech-enabled enterprise, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives. Leverage agile frameworks, collaborate with finance, HR, facilities, and IT teams, and report progress to senior leadership.
Expactations:
- 3+ years of technical product, program, or project management experience.
- Proven proficiency in agile development methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Emotional intelligence for stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects in finance, HR, facilities, and related business operations.
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations in partnership with senior management.
- Maintain project documentation, risk logs, status reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, reviews) and promote best practices.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, implement changes, and track effectiveness.
- Liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and communicate risks and issues.
Required Skills:
- Agile project management (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Budgeting and resource planning.
- Analytical problem‑solving and risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project‑management tools.
- Capable of distilling complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP) highly desirable.
