Own the customer journey, driving adoption, growth, and satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional implementation projects. Balance relationship management with internal project leadership to align with customer goals and ROI. Expactations: 3-6 years in engineering, project delivery, or customer success with technical/industrial focus. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in manufacturing, automation, or AI solution deployments. Strong project management skills. Proficiency in English and French. Valid driver’s license. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer onboarding and adoption milestones; conduct regular business reviews to assess value and risk; coordinate engineering, data science, and operations teams for deployments; translate feedback into action items; collaborate with Sales for upsells; and ensure contractual compliance throughout project lifecycles. Required Skills: Technical fluency in industrial environments; project management; stakeholder coordination; bilingual communication (written/spoken English and French); ability to travel up to 20%.
