**Job Title** Director, Internal Marketing & Communications **Role Summary** Lead the internal marketing and communications strategy for the Accident & Health division. Drive employee engagement, brand alignment, and clarity of purpose across the organization by creating and executing high‑impact content, events, and digital platforms, in partnership with senior leadership, People & Culture, and business units. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable internal communication initiatives that enhance understanding of the division’s goals, mission, and vision. - Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across executive, People & Culture, and operational teams. - Own the intranet, content calendars, and the measurement of engagement metrics for continuous improvement. - Provide strategic counsel and creative content solutions that reflect an outward‑looking, collaborative mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Support and advance the division‑wide internal communications strategy and tactical execution. - Provide proactive, creative service solutions for a variety of internal marketing requests. - Manage end‑to‑end project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery of major events such as quarterly Town Halls, Business Reviews, and strategic meetings. - Partner with the People & Culture team to design and roll out division‑wide initiatives and events. - Own content creation, curation, and publishing for the intranet platform; ensure relevance, accessibility, and engagement. - Establish feedback loops and analyze metrics to gauge effectiveness of communications and inform future improvements. - Collaborate with broader marketing and communications to distill and circulate enlightening stories around products and initiatives that foster internal curiosity and innovation. **Required Skills** - Senior expertise in internal communications, content strategy, and storytelling. - Strong writing and editing capabilities; ability to produce clear, concise messaging for varied audiences. - Graphic design insight or experience building visually engaging assets. - Proven project management skills with experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and events. - Stakeholder management and advisory capabilities. - Proficiency with intranet management tools, content management systems, and digital analytics. - Ability to set and measure engagement metrics and use data for continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 7–10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications or a related discipline. - Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Internal Communicator, PMI‑PMP, or similar) are a plus. *Candidates must provide writing samples and complete a communications exercise as part of the application process.*
