Work cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, marketing, and product to align training with commercial strategy and ensure adoption of tools and processes. **Expectations:** - Apply economic and strategic analysis to optimize the salesforce and investment in enablement. - Demonstrate proven expertise in creating and executing programs that improve win rates, pipeline, and ARPU. - Master sales‑operations concepts such as coverage models, segmentation, and compensation design. - Balance immediate revenue needs with long‑term enablement goals while maintaining stakeholder alignment. - Lead disciplined project management of complex initiatives across multiple teams. - Quantitatively assess program impact and refine initiatives accordingly. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and execute data‑driven enablement strategies covering onboarding, seller development, and manager training. 2. Partner with revenue support functions and sales leadership to optimize processes, tools, and value‑based training. 3. Create and present visually compelling materials that translate insights into actionable actions. 4. Manage enablement programs to boost adoption of processes, tools, and behaviors aligned with business objectives. 5. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. 6. Maintain an enablement roadmap that reflects evolving priorities and growth initiatives. 7. Coordinate cross‑functional enablement efforts with Engineering, Marketing, and Product to ensure consistent messaging. 8. Drive change management for new sales technologies, ensuring smooth integration into the sales workflow. 9. Build and nurture relationships with sales managers and sellers to foster a culture of continuous coaching and learning. **Required Skills:** - Subject‑matter expertise in sales training/enablement and B2B selling. - Strong program and project management capabilities. - Proficiency in training coordination and curriculum design. - Advanced data analysis skills to measure and drive revenue outcomes. - Excellent visual communication and presentation skills. - Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise. - Familiarity with sales‑operations concepts (coverage, segmentation, compensation). - Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable materials. - Knowledge of telecommunications or shared communications infrastructure is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience). - MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Demonstrated financial acumen for program design and ROI analysis. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional, HubSpot Sales Enablement, or similar) are advantageous but not mandatory.
