Focus on improving data-driven insights, simplifying reporting workflows, and enhancing business efficiency through technical and analytical expertise. **Expectations** Experience structuring complex data environments, creating reporting solutions, and translating business requirements into insights. Prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and clarity in output while balancing competing demands. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze data sources and develop robust reporting tools for stakeholder use. - Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and eliminate complexity. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with business objectives. - Maintain and refine technical skills to optimize data workflows. - Ensure efficient data infrastructure supports business intelligence needs. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, Python, Snowflake). - Experience in data/reporting analytics from complex datasets. - Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and reporting structure capabilities. - Ability to fast-track learning of new technologies and methodologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, analytics, finance, or economics). - Analysis or accounting qualification preferred (not mandatory).
