**Job Title:** Summer 2026 Wealth Management Internship **Role Summary:** An eight‑week rotational internship that immerses candidates in private client advisory across Investment Management, Trust & Estate Planning, Family Office Services, Marketing & Business Development, and Family Governance & Philanthropy. Interns collaborate with senior advisors, learn industry‑standard platforms, and contribute to client‑centric projects, culminating in a capstone presentation that synthesizes insights from all rotations. **Expectations:** - Commit to full 8‑week program and active participation in all rotations. - Complete training modules, client reports, proposals, and research projects. - Produce a portfolio of deliverables (e.g., Addepar reports, investment policy statements, governance frameworks). - Deliver a final advisory pitch to firm leadership. - Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and proactive learning throughout the internship. **Key Responsibilities:** - Attend structured training and shadow professional advisors. - Operate core wealth‑management tools (Addepar, Salesforce, portfolio rebalancing, Monte Carlo modeling). - Draft and refine client reports, proposals, and investment policy statements. - Support investment research, due‑diligence processes, and trust‑and‑estate planning activities. - Assist with grantmaking, financial tracking, bookkeeping, and bill‑pay support for foundations. - Contribute to RFP updates, marketing decks, and business‑development materials. - Develop and review governance frameworks for families and enterprises. - Participate in mentorship sessions and career‑development discussions. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity. - Team‑oriented, professional, and proactive mindset. - Familiarity with financial analysis software preferred but not required. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Rising senior (or equivalent) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field. - No mandatory certifications; willingness to learn and engage with proprietary platforms is essential.
