Our consultants focus on delivering talent solutions across Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, Cloud & Infrastructure and Creative.

Our SODA Squad operate in the UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), and the USA (Boston) to deliver bespoke hiring solutions to our clients via our embedded, contract and retained hiring solutions. We are fully licenced across our key geographies, including Swiss SECO licence holders, and have recently passed our Swiss Staffing audit.

We have our own communities - SODA Social and Women in DevOps, and Group communities, Pride in Tech and Ex-military Careers where we host regular events and podcasts, and publish blogs and white papers, in collaboration with industry game-changers and thought leaders.
