**Job Title**
International Benefits Specialist – EMEA
**Role Summary**
Execute Justworks' global benefits strategy across the EMEA region. Lead procurement, administration, and renewal of core benefit programs (health, retirement, etc.) while designing locally relevant supplemental benefits. Serve as the regional subject‑matter expert, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering a superior employee experience.
**Expectations**
- Deliver high‑quality, compliant and competitive benefits at scale.
- Own end‑to‑end vendor and broker relationships, negotiating renewals, SLAs and pricing.
- Simplify complex benefit concepts for clients and employees.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Maintain data integrity in eligibility, enrollment and billing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead benefits procurement, administration, and renewals for all EMEA benefit lines.
- Manage daily vendor, broker, and partner relationships; negotiate terms and pricing.
- Research, design, and launch supplemental benefits (well‑ness, family support, mental health) tailored to local markets.
- Act as a regional benefits SME, supporting internal teams and client inquiries.
- Audit benefit data for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Operations to align benefits with EOR standards and statutory requirements.
- Produce country‑level benefit summaries, communications, and enrollment guides.
- Ensure seamless enrollment of EOR employees into global benefit programs.
**Required Skills**
- 4+ years of EMEA benefits experience.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end renewals and vendor relationships.
- Deep knowledge of statutory and supplemental benefit structures in at least one major EMEA market.
- Strong communication, capable of simplifying complex information.
- Consultative mindset, relationship building, active listening.
- Ownership, accountability, and responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
- Adaptability to fast‑moving, complex environments.
- Solution‑oriented, risk‑assessment mindset.
- Ability to manage and synthesize complex, high‑volume data.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Professional benefits or HR certification (e.g., CEBS, SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SP) preferred.
