Job Description: **Job title:** Web/Digital Analytics Intern – Family History Department **Role Summary:** Support digital measurement of FamilySearch products by using Adobe Analytics, integrating data collection with engineering teams, and translating insights into product recommendations. **Expectations:** - Work as an intern while enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited university. - Interact with product, engineering, design, and data teams. - Produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards. - Mentor and learn from senior analytics and IT professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate Adobe Analytics to measure user behavior, identify trends, and evaluate digital experiences. - Collaborate with engineering on tagging, site features, and event implementation. - Translate analytic data into insights that inform product decisions and user experience improvements. - Validate data quality, troubleshoot tracking or tagging issues, and ensure accurate measurement. - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation, including measurement plans and best‑practice guides. - Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to align analytics with business goals and recommend data‑driven opportunities. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency (or willingness to learn) in Adobe Analytics; basic knowledge of Google Analytics appreciated. - Understanding of HTML and web tagging concepts. - Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and quantitative reasoning abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present technical concepts clearly. - Basic project management experience preferred. - Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university. - Internship eligibility requires membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑Day Saints and a current temple‑worthy status.
