Job Description
**Job Title:** Contracts Program Manager – Special Projects Department **Role Summary:** Lead the design, governance, and execution of a multi‑million‑dollar contracts program across the organization. Utilize cloud‑based tools (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) to unify contract data, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with budget, risk, and legal requirements. **Expectations:** - Manage end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for large, complex projects. - Translate senior leadership priorities into actionable roadmaps. - Deliver data‑driven insights to project teams and executives. - Champion continuous improvement and Agile practices in contract processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define, maintain, and evolve contracts program metrics and governance frameworks in ACC and other cloud platforms. - Establish stage‑gates, decision logs, alerts, and automated dashboards for consistent contract tracking. - Liaise with executive sponsors, business units, legal, finance and external partners; conduct status reviews, risk‑issue escalations, and communications. - Coordinate integration of contract schedules, change orders, cost/budget reports, and resource plans into unified dashboards. - Ensure standardized workflows for deliverables (contracts, submittals, cost reports, closeouts). - Resolve cross‑team interdependencies and resource bottlenecks. - Lead strategic risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. - Monitor KPIs to guarantee consistent contract application. - Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives: refine templates, tools, and processes. - Build team capability through training, communications, and fostering a culture of accountability and data‑driven decision making. **Required Skills:** - Advanced program and contract management expertise. - Proficiency in cloud‑based construction platforms (Acc, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and ERP systems. - Strong financial acumen: cost management, budgeting, contract compliance. - Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation. - Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements. - Agile mindset; proven track record of continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of construction project or financial/business management experience, ideally with construction technology. - Certifications such as CCMA (Certified Construction Contract Manager) or related contract management credentials preferred.
