Solid business presentation skills (able to articulate technical concepts clearly—both visually and verbally).
Technology background is desired.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with and providing information to management.
Strong critical‑thinking skills and a data‑curious mindset.

Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for documentation and content management.
Basic understanding of HTML for interpreting site behavior, tags, and data‑collection contexts.
Project management experience is desired.
Business analysis or quantitative reasoning skills are a plus—especially for analyzing trends, validating data integrity, and supporting insights that inform decision‑making.

Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
