Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: Lead EMEA sales operations for a global systems integration firm specializing in CLM and IAM solutions. Own pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue attainment. Build and nurture client and partner relationships, collaborate with CLM partner alliance teams to co‑sell high‑value solutions, create and negotiate SOWs, and maintain deep knowledge of the evolving CLM & IAM landscape. Expectations: - Achieve 6‑figure enterprise deals and consistently reach revenue targets. - Upsell and cross‑sell bespoke solutions to existing clients. - Maintain high client satisfaction and strong professional networks. Key Responsibilities: - Drive EMEA sales pipeline creation, forecasting, and quota attainment. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners. - Partner with CLM alliance teams to co‑sell and deliver integrated solutions. - Draft, negotiate, and close Statements of Work and contractual documentation. - Provide market intelligence on CLM & IAM trends and competitive landscape. - Report sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to leadership. Required Skills: - 8+ years B2B technology sales experience, with proven success in systems integration, CLM, and IAM solutions. - Track record of managing transactional to mid‑market to enterprise sales cycles with six‑figure outcomes. - Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and contract management capabilities. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills. - Self‑motivated, data‑driven, and results‑oriented, capable of thriving in a fully remote environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant sales or solution‑selling certifications preferred.
