Job Description
Job title: Specialist, Entertainment Marketing Role Summary: Execute day‑to‑day entertainment marketing for multiple venues, managing social media, website content, artist asset distribution, and member communications to drive ticket sales and brand presence. Expectations: • 5+ years marketing experience (3+ in digital/social media/email). • Proven WordPress, social media, and email marketing proficiency. • Experience with ticketing partners (Live Nation, Ticketmaster) is a plus. • Self‑starter with strong detail orientation, project management, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, publish, and maintain show announcements and event listings across venue and corporate channels. • Update venue websites and distribute approved artist assets. • Develop and manage entertainment content calendar; monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions. • Coordinate social media giveaways, contests, and user‑generated content. • Draft and distribute pre‑show emails and Rewards Member newsletters. • Produce copy for social posts, website listings, and email campaigns; create creative briefs for designers. • Track KPIs, compile performance reports, and recommend optimizations. Required Skills: • Digital marketing strategy and execution. • Social media management (platforms, analytics, engagement). • Email marketing and newsletter creation. • WordPress website content management. • Strong written communication and copywriting. • Project management and deadline‑driven workflow. • Advanced customer service and reputation management. • Familiarity with creative suites (e.g., Adobe) is a plus.
