Senior Product Manager (UK – Remote)
**Role Summary**
Lead the next‑generation AI recruitment product, owning its vision, strategy, and delivery. Work closely with AI/Data Science, UX, engineering, and operations teams to transform hiring decisions through data‑driven, responsible AI features for a web‑based SaaS platform.
**Expectations**

- Champion responsible AI, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
- Drive measurable outcomes such as time‑to‑hire, speed‑to‑competence, and ROI.
- Manage and inspire a remote, cross‑functional product team using agile practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Own a product area, collaborating with the Head of Product to shape overall vision.
2. Translate real user needs into validated product requirements via quantitative analytics and qualitative research.
3. Ideate and prototype in partnership with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to accelerate discovery and delivery.
4. Define clear, outcome‑focused metrics, manage the product backlog, and prioritize initiatives balancing new features, improvements, and platform enhancements.
5. Report progress and impact to stakeholders across the organization.
6. Ensure the team’s objectives align with company strategy and that every member understands their contribution.
7. Lead the creation of wireframes, user flows, and UX mockups using a design system.
8. Incorporate AI features responsibly, understanding AI fundamentals, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance.
**Required Skills**
- Proven end‑to‑end product management for complex, web‑based SaaS products.
- Strong execution and delivery track record in startup or scale‑up settings.
- Discovery expertise: problem framing, assumption validation, rapid prototyping.
- Collaborative work with engineers, designers, and data scientists in small teams.
- Prioritization and trade‑off decision‑making in a lean environment.
- Ability to balance user needs, commercial priorities, and technical feasibility.
- UX design capability: wireframes, user flows, light UI design with a design system.
- Experience delivering AI‑driven features within SaaS.
- Solid understanding of AI fundamentals, principles, and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence across all levels.
- Leadership of remote, agile product teams; ability to energize and inspire.
- Analytical mindset: derive actionable insights from data and research.
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and adaptability in ambiguous scenarios.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Product Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) are a plus.
- No mandatory specific certifications; strong practical experience and proven results are paramount.
