Job Description
Job Title: Group Client Director Role Summary: Lead strategic account management and client service across multiple sites, guiding a team of account and project managers to deliver cross‑media campaigns for large‑account clients. Expectations: Deliver growth through upsell and new business opportunities, maintain high client satisfaction, manage budgets and timelines, and drive operational excellence within a profit‑center framework. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute client positioning and influence strategies; - Conduct weekly client meetings and ongoing relationship maintenance; - Identify and secure upsell and expansion opportunities; - Coordinate internal expertise, oversee campaign implementation, ensure quality, budget control, and deadline adherence; - Prepare and present client reporting and participate in renewal RFP responses; - Contribute to new business pitches and recommendations; - Manage, coach, and grow a dispersed team of account directors and project managers; - Collaborate with the commercial director on steering committee activities. Required Skills: - Proven 5+ years in senior account management for large‑account, complex projects; - Strong business development, upselling, and lobbying capabilities; - Strategic thinking, project oversight, and profitability management; - Excellent communication, client‑centric relationship building, and cross‑functional team leadership; - High autonomy, English fluency, and ability to coordinate across multiple sites. Required Education & Certifications: - Graduate of a recognized business, marketing, or engineering school; - Valid qualifications in account or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred.
