Job Description
**Job Title** Risk & Control Analyst **Role Summary** Responsible for executing a risk‑based Internal Control Testing (ICT) program across business units to evaluate design and operating effectiveness of critical controls. Supports the first line of defense by documenting testing results, identifying gaps, and coordinating remediation with business stakeholders. Contributes to operational risk reporting and monitoring of ongoing conditions, including EUC inventory validation and new product approval processes. **Expectations** - Complete scheduled ICT testing within defined timelines - Maintain accurate and auditable testing documentation - Communicate findings and status updates to internal risk committees, business lines, and stakeholders - Facilitate continuous improvement of control environment through collaboration with 2LOD ORM and other functional teams **Key Responsibilities** 1. Perform risk‑based control testing for high‑risk processes as outlined in the ICT program. 2. Document test results, collect evidence, and archive findings in the governance repository. 3. Conduct ICT walkthroughs with business units and corporate functions. 4. Liaise with business units to identify, document, and remediate control gaps or deficiencies. 5. Provide biweekly status updates to Operational Risk Management team and report testing status to working groups and committees. 6. Assist with monthly 1LOD operational risk reporting, including data analysis and risk management activities via GRC tools. 10.
