About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
Gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
Support project planning, execution, and implementation by coordinating between business teams and IT/development teams.
Assist in testing, validation, and quality assurance of system enhancements and solutions.
Monitor project performance and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Provide insights through data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience (1-5 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
