Job Description
Job Title: Risk Product Analyst Role Summary Drive the design, launch, and optimization of risk‑focused digital products that enable Ford Credit to make compliant lending decisions across Europe. Own feature lifecycles from concept through launch, measure performance, and iterate using data insights to close the gap between customer needs and the products delivered. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality, compliant product features on schedule while maintaining a customer‑centric experience. - Leverage quantitative and qualitative analytics to validate assumptions and guide decision‑making. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders and third‑party suppliers to ensure seamless integration and service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Manage relationships, budgets, and governance with third‑party risk suppliers. - Own and execute a product roadmap that supports the UK platform’s credit decision engine and future EU rollouts. - Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Define, track, and report on key product KPIs; analyze data to identify improvement opportunities. - Conduct user journey analysis and drive feature enhancements that increase customer satisfaction and business value. - Maintain overall product quality, ensuring every release meets world‑class standards. - Support senior product leaders in aligning the product vision with organizational strategy. Required Skills - 3+ years in a digital product team focused on data‑driven products. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑backed decision‑making abilities. - Experience with requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria. - Proven track record of defining and measuring product KPIs and driving optimization. - Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and influence skills. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to navigate a matrixed team environment. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience in financial services and/or risk products is desirable but not mandatory.
