**Job title** Chef de Projets CRM Monde (F/H) **Role Summary** Global CRM Project Manager charged with defining, coordinating, and executing the international CRM strategy and roadmap, primarily on Salesforce, while ensuring alignment with local market needs and enhancing the customer experience through clienteling and retail tools. **Expactations** - Deliver a continuous CRM roadmap that meets evolving business requirements. - Own the development lifecycle from scope to deployment. - Lead cross‑functional coordination across IT, Digital, Retail, and regional CRM teams. - Champion change management, training, and adoption of CRM solutions. - Provide regular reporting on progress, performance, and impact. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and prioritize Salesforce evolutionary roadmap; scope, plan, and monitor development. - Partner with technical teams and external vendors to guarantee a fit‑for‑purpose CRM platform. - Ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance of CRM functions. - Coordinate SFMC rollout and performance monitoring with engagement & intelligence teams. - Oversee SFSC enhancements in collaboration with Service‑Customer project leads. - Drive deployment and continual improvement of clienteling & retail applications. - Manage training and support for retail staff on CRM tool usage. - Analyze tool effectiveness, propose optimizations, and track action plans. - Identify customer‑experience levers via CRM data and feature development. - Maintain a prioritized backlog and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. - Deliver regular status reports and dashboards to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of professional CRM experience, including Salesforce. - Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, custom objects, workflows, and integrations. - Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). - Proven project management and change‑management capabilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Fluency in English and French (written and oral). - Sensitivity to luxury industry standards and clienteling practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field. - Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder).
