**Job Title:** Insider Threat Manager **Role Summary** Lead the detection, assessment, and response to insider threats. Job Description
**Job Title** IT Network Administrator **Role Summary** Support and improve the performance, security, and reliability of a branch network infrastructure. Collaborate with global teams, adopt emerging technologies, and maintain compliance with corporate standards. **Expectations** - Deliver proactive network operations and incident resolution within agreed SLAs. - Design and implement architecture optimizations in line with HQ best practices. - Manage end‑to‑end network asset lifecycle and version control. - Coordinate budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships for network services. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate daily network tasks, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and close support tickets. - Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc health checks, mitigate risks, and participate in disaster‑recovery drills. - Design, optimize, and document network topology, VLANs, IP schemes, DNS, domain, and firewall configurations. - Upgrade firmware, apply patches, and coordinate upgrades with HQ and vendors. - Maintain accurate asset records, labelling, inspections, and replacement schedules. - Liaise with Information Security, Risk, and finance teams to ensure cost control and SLA compliance. - Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to on‑site IT staff. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years’ progressive network administration experience in a business environment. - Deep knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, routing, switching, and firewall technologies. - Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, SNMP). - Vendor management and procurement experience. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) preferred.
