**Job Title:** Senior Growth Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end growth engine for a B2B customer‑advocacy firm, shaping digital strategy, building pipeline, and driving full‑funnel campaigns. Partner closely with sales, service, and product teams to create high‑impact, data‑driven marketing initiatives that accelerate revenue and brand presence.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver qualified pipeline against tiered target accounts.
- Own the conception, execution, and optimization of bold, fast‑paced campaigns.
- Operate autonomously, solve blockers, and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and mentor junior marketers.
- Maintain a results‑focused mindset with rigorous performance reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that consistently generates qualified leads.
- Lead full‑funnel campaigns across email, social, events, G2, direct mail, and paid media.
- Create briefs, select partners, and oversee execution of paid/social media initiatives.
- Plan, produce, and integrate online events into broader campaign calendars.
- Own performance tracking, analysis, and storytelling of campaign outcomes.
- Contribute to broader marketing efforts: content creation, customer interviews, and speaking engagements.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years B2B marketing experience, with ≥2 years in demand generation or growth‑focused roles.
- Proven track record of meeting pipeline and revenue targets.
- Strong analytical ability; comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially around customer advocacy.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation), StreamYard, Canva, Asana, Google Workspace, and basic paid‑media platforms.
- Agile mindset: rapid testing, learning, and scaling of campaigns.
- Collaborative team player who champions trust and entrepreneurship.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Preferred: certifications in inbound marketing, demand generation, or digital advertising (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing).
