Job title: Human Resources Coordinator
Role Summary:
Support all facets of HR operations by managing the HRIS, coordinating onboarding, facilitating recruitment, and driving process improvements. Acts as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and efficient HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own and maintain the HRIS system – troubleshoot, update data, generate audit‑ready reports
* Compile and summarize metrics for audits, applications, and internal process reviews
* Coordinate new‑hire orientation, onboarding activities, and training schedules
* Serve as first point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries and requests
* Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to refine processes, policies, and programs
* Execute administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
* Conduct resume screening, pre‑screen calls, interview coordination, referral management, and pre‑employment checks
* Support Co‑op and internship partnerships and related program activities
* Lead or assist on HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Skills:
* 1‑3 years of HR or administrative experience, or relevant HR education
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
* Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management abilities
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Technically savvy with a willingness to adopt new HR tools and systems
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
* HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI, CIPD) are advantageous but not mandatory
