Growth Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead demand generation for a B2B marketplace, attracting qualified buyers, producing qualified leads, and driving sales performance and margin growth through data‑driven campaigns and automation.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth in leads and conversion rates.
- Optimize cost per lead and overall campaign ROI.
- Align closely with Sales to convert MQLs to SQLs and opportunities.
- Continuously innovate growth tactics and leverage new channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, launch, and manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Source and engage prospects via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling.
- Build and automate email nurturing workflows in HubSpot.
- Publish premium listings on partner sites, analyze channel performance, and identify new visibility levers.
- Qualify leads, enter and update them in Salesforce, and collaborate with Sales on product priorities.
- Optimize lead qualification flow (MQL → SQL) and improve conversion rates.
- Automate processes using HubSpot, PhantomBuster, Zapier, and other tools.
- Run A/B tests, analyze data, and refine acquisition paths.
- Track and report KPI dashboards (leads, conversion, CPL, margin).
- Propose and evaluate new growth initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- 2–5 years in B2B lead generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance, data, and ROI.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
- Experience with marketing automation, workflow creation, and channel optimization.
- Comfortable with scripting/automation tools (e.g., PhantomBuster, Zapier).
- Excellent communication and collaboration with Sales teams.
- Ability to work autonomously in an evolving, agile environment.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in HubSpot Marketing, Salesforce, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads are an advantage.
