**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications and associated AWS infrastructure. Responsibilities span requirements elicitation, architecture, coding, CI/CD pipeline management, and post‑release support within an Agile, cross‑functional environment.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable software on time.
- Own products from concept through production and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with business users, Product Management, and technical teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Product Management to refine backlogs and roadmap items.
- Design, code, and test new features in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (UI) and Node/Express or similar (API).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront).
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git, CI providers, automated testing, deployment scripts).
- Conduct code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.
- Provide operational support for incidents, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Produce and update technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, demos).
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of full‑stack development (React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js).
- Proficiency in API/microservices design & implementation.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (compute, storage, networking, monitoring).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
- Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate or equivalent cloud certification strongly preferred.
