Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer Role Summary: Responsible for the specification and sale of industrial tools and wear-resistant solutions in assigned region. Focus on driving sales growth through client relationship development, strategic planning, and engaging both direct and indirect market channels. Expectations: Achieve sales targets via proactive business development, promote product adoption through research and analysis, and implement strategies for short- and long-term sales improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients. 2. Arrange meetings to showcase product benefits and deliver customer seminars. 3. Maintain professional networks on platforms like LinkedIn. 4. Oversee sales region to ensure profitable growth and resolve client issues proactively. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and ensure timely product/service delivery. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and supply partners. 7. Support project lifecycle communication from order negotiation to installation.
