Job Title: Business Development Representative (Commission Based) Role Summary: Drive lead generation and sales for cybersecurity and IT consulting services. Execute inside‑sales strategies, engage prospects, and close contracts while collaborating with technical teams for service delivery. Commission‑based compensation with potential full‑time transition. Expectations: - Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Generate and qualify high‑value leads through outbound prospecting. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools. - Convert prospects into signed contracts, achieving revenue goals. - Work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating cross‑functionally. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect new clients via cold calling, email outreach, and networking. - Qualify leads using proven qualification frameworks. - Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations. - Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and secure signed agreements. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM. - Coordinate with technical team to ensure smooth hand‑off and service implementation. - Report sales metrics and pipeline status to management regularly.
