Role Description

This is a full-time contract (Commission) based role located in Burnaby, BC for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting inside sales activities, and closing deals. The individual will work closely with the technical team for the service execution.

Note that this is a commission based position with the possibility to promote full-time based on 6 month performance.

Qualifications

Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
Strong Business Development and Communication skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
