**Job Title** Area Sales Manager (USA) **Role Summary** Lead field sales operations for a global NDT equipment provider in the United States. Drive brand growth, cultivate customer relationships, and close new business across assigned territories while operating autonomously with full training and support from the back‑office team. **Expectations** - Attain or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Generate detailed sales forecasts and performance reports. - Provide actionable market intelligence to influence product and marketing strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Promote the company’s brand and products within the designated region. - Build and nurture relationships with new and existing industrial customers. - Identify sales opportunities, conduct negotiations, and close deals. - Travel as required to visit client sites and industry events. - Collect and analyze market data to support strategic planning, product development, and marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align campaigns and offerings. **Required Skills** - Proven field sales experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM tools. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - Professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory. - Prior experience or training in Ultrasonic NDT is a plus but not required.
