To support our continued growth, we are expanding our USA sales team and seeking driven Area Sales Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated professionals eager to develop strong customer relationships and drive new sales. The roles are home-based within a designated territory and offers autonomy while being part of a supportive and professional team. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and grow the Dolphitech brand in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify opportunities, negotiate, and close sales to exceed targets.
Gather market intelligence to support strategic planning, product development, and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Sales-driven with a proactive and determined approach.
Field sales experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
Ultrasonic NDT experience is an advantage but not required--training provided.
Able to work autonomously and go the extra mile for customers.
Willing to travel as needed.
