Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (HealthTech) Role Summary Provide first‑line support to healthcare organization users of an AI‑powered SaaS platform, resolving inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems while collaborating with product and operations teams to enhance user experience. Expectations - Deliver timely, empathetic, and solution‑oriented support in a remote, fast‑paced environment - Communicate clearly in professional language, translating technical concepts for non‑technical users - Independently manage workload, prioritize tickets, and maintain high customer satisfaction metrics Key Responsibilities - Respond to support requests (email, chat, phone) with clarity and care - Troubleshoot product issues, documenting steps and root causes - Escalate bugs or complex problems to relevant internal teams - Collaborate with product and operations to share feedback and suggest improvements - Contribute to internal knowledge bases and external help documentation - Monitor support trends and recommend process or product enhancements Required Skills - Prior experience in customer support or customer success at a tech/SaaS company - Preferred experience with healthcare customers or health‑tech products - Excellent written and verbal communication - Ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly language - Self‑directed, able to work independently in a remote‑first setting - Proficiency with support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and standard office tools Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field - No specific certifications required but customer support or technical support training is advantageous.
