About the Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping people and solving problems. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users—primarily healthcare organizations and professionals—providing support that’s timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to support inquiries via email, chat, and phone with clarity and care
Troubleshoot product issues and escalate bugs or complex problems to the appropriate teams
Collaborate with product and operations teams to share customer feedback and identify improvements
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and external help documentation
Monitor support trends and advocate for improvements in product or workflow

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a customer support or customer success role at a tech or SaaS company
Experience working with healthcare customers or in health technology is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic
Ability to grasp technical concepts and explain them in user-friendly terms
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Compensation 

Range : $40,000 - $60,000
