**Job title** Flight Dynamics Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary** Analyze aircraft behavior during all flight phases including normal operations, maneuvers, and fault conditions. Dimension control surfaces and support incident and certification processes. Assist in the design of manual and autopilot laws and participate in the verification and validation (V&V) of flight control laws per ATA27 and ATA22 standards. **Expectations** - Graduate with at least a BAC+5 (Bachelor‑plus‑5) in Aerospace, Avionics, or equivalent. - Experience in flight dynamics, flight controls, or quality and validation (QDV/HQ). - Independent, proactive and rigorous in analytical tasks. **Key Responsibilities** - Assess aircraft behavior during flight phases and fault scenarios. - Design and scale control‑surface geometry. - Provide support for in‑service incidents and company certification activities. - Contribute to manual and autopilot law design studies. - Participate in V&V of flight‑control laws (ATA27, ATA22). **Required Skills** - Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink. - Knowledge of OSMA and OCASIME tools. - Understanding of flight‑control techniques. - Private Pilot License (PPL) or equivalent flight‑operations experience. - English language proficiency B2/C1; French B1. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum BAC+5 (Master’s degree level) in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, or related discipline. - Private Pilot License (PPL).
