We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our growing global team and play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners across Europe. This is a fully remote role with a global business that will best suit an early riser to provide some overlap with colleagues in Australian time zones.

What you will do:

Own the end-to-end partner journey and relationship to ensure all partners are set up for success. This involves guiding partners through program onboarding, product education, development of go-to-market plans, sales collaboration, and management of pre-sales and technical support.
Manage inbound Expressions of Interest and communications with potential partners.
Define and drive the sales, marketing and technical requirements needed to maximize the benefits and value for our alliance partners.
Develop Channel and Market specific Partner Plans aligned with agreed KPIs
Coordinate and conduct business reviews with key accounts and senior management.
Support partners to qualify opportunities and close potential deals.
Identify opportunities for additional sales within our partners' business. Leverage your partner relationships for introductions to additional stakeholders within their business that could benefit from Altra products or services.

What you will bring to the party:

5+ years of experience within a channel sales role, with a strong understanding of sales enablement and product management.
Experience in both channel sales and direct sales.
Good understanding of Cloud Services, Cloud Migrations and Assessments; as well as common implementation and migration challenges.
Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (partner, product, services)
Experience managing relationships and go-to-market activities within technology companies.
