**Job Title:** Operations Intern – Talent & Agency Support **Role Summary:** Support daily agency functions with a focus on talent onboarding, record maintenance, and client/model coordination. Provide administrative assistance, research industry trends, and help execute event logistics to ensure efficient operations within a fashion and talent management environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate administrative support with strong attention to detail. - Maintain confidentiality of contracts, talent information, and client data. - Communicate professionally with models, clients, and internal teams. - Meet deadlines and adapt to a fast‑paced, hybrid work setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in scouting, onboarding, and organizing new models, including portfolio and comp‑card updates. - Manage agency databases, contracts, releases, and other paperwork. - Coordinate casting calls, scheduling, and client communications. - Track bookings, model availability, and development plans. - Support event logistics for fashion shows and productions. - Monitor industry trends, brand partnerships, and talent opportunities; prepare reports and insights. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and administrative abilities. - Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic project‑management tools. - Professional written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Interest in fashion, business operations, or talent management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program (e.g., Business, Communications, Fashion, Marketing, or related field). - No specific certifications required.
