About Us

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Intern to support the day-to-day functions of the agency. This role focuses on onboarding new talent, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth client/model operations. Perfect for someone interested in the business side of fashion and talent management, this internship offers insight into how an agency functions behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Onboarding & Management

Assist in scouting and onboarding new models.
Organize and update model portfolios, comp cards, and agency databases.
Support with contracts, releases, and client paperwork.

2. Agency Operations

Help manage casting calls, scheduling, and client communications.
Track and organize bookings, availability, and model development plans.
Assist with event logistics, fashion shows, and production support.

3. Research & Industry Knowledge

Monitor industry trends, brand partnerships, and talent opportunities.
Provide reports and insights to help optimize agency workflow.

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Interest in fashion, business operations, or talent management.
Proficient in Google Workspace or project management tools.
Professional communication skills and ability to work with clients/talent.
Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
