**Job Title:** Go-to-Market Data Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Analyze and translate complex data to provide actionable insights for Sales and Marketing, accelerating pipeline and revenue growth. Execute SQL-driven analytics, develop KPI reports, and collaborate with RevOps, Data Engineering, and GTM stakeholders to optimize data quality and decision-making.

- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Influence strategy and execution across GTM functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify data needs and deliver insights that support pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, subqueries) against large, multi‑source datasets (CRM, marketing automation, finance, product usage).
- Clean, transform, and validate data; ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports covering pipeline generation, funnel conversion, churn/retention, CAC, LTV, ROI, and other GTM metrics.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses for strategic initiatives: territory planning, lead scoring, cohort analysis, pricing optimization, etc.
- Collaborate with RevOps, Data Engineering, and BI teams to maintain data infrastructure and modeling.
- Translate business requirements into technical queries and data models for executive reporting and operational decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to GTM leadership, framing stories that drive action.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, subqueries, query optimization).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain data to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with data warehouse environments and data modeling.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst supporting GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Growth).
