**Job Title:** Head of Operations **Role Summary:** Leads global operations for a ticket brokerage platform, reporting directly to the CEO. Responsible for scaling operational capabilities across multiple geographies, driving data‑driven performance, managing vendor and fulfillment networks, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining high customer experience standards. **Expectations:** - 5‑7 years of senior operations leadership in ticketing, live events, e‑commerce, marketplace, or logistics. - Proven track record of scaling operations internationally. - Strong analytical mindset with expertise in metrics, dashboards, and data‑based decision making. - Ability to manage vendor sourcing, inventory, and partner relationships. - Effective collaboration with technical and product teams on operational tools. - Demonstrated leadership, communication, and change‑management skills in fast‑paced environments. - Experience in cost control, risk mitigation, and compliance with ticket resale and consumer protection regulations. - Passion for live entertainment and commitment to transparency and fairness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the operational strategy to support global growth. - Build, monitor, and optimize KPI dashboards and performance metrics. - Oversee vendor selection, inventory sourcing, and fulfillment processes. - Lead, develop, and mentor cross‑functional operations teams. - Implement cost‑efficiency initiatives and risk‑management frameworks. - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and consumer‑protection standards across all markets. - Partner with product and engineering to integrate and improve operational technology platforms. - Report operational performance and strategic updates to the CEO and executive team. **Required Skills:** - Operations leadership & scaling across multiple regions. - Advanced data analysis, KPI development, and dashboard management. - Vendor/partner management and logistics coordination. - Proficiency with operational software and technology platforms. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership. - Cost‑control, budgeting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance expertise. - Knowledge of ticket resale laws and consumer protection guidelines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (required). - MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred). - Relevant certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or similar (optional).
