Job Specifications

We’re hiring a Head of Growth (D2C) to build and own the full growth engine for a premium adventure travel business. This role is about driving direct bookings, reducing OTA reliance, and designing the customer journey from first discovery → first booking → repeat adventures. You’ll own demand gen, lifecycle, budget, performance, and team building, working directly with the Founder with real autonomy and accountability.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who’s scaled D2C growth in travel, tourism, or experience-based businesses before - someone who thinks in systems, uses data to drive decisions, and wants true ownership.

You're the Right Fit If You:

Are someone who has built D2C growth in travel, tourism, or experience-based businesses before. If you haven't done this type of work, this isn't the right role for you.

Build and optimize the conversion funnel from first discovery through repeat purchase, referrals, and long-term customer value
