Job Description: Job Title: Key Account Executive Role Summary: Drive distribution, availability, and brand advocacy for a renowned brand across grocery, fuel forecourts, and cash & carry channels. Achieve market share and performance targets while supporting team goals. Expectations: Achieve distribution, merchandising, and call coverage targets; resolve product availability issues; implement strategies to grow market share; maintain customer relationships; deliver data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage territory to strengthen brand image and channel performance. - Monitor and report performance metrics, sharing actionable insights with the team. - Resolve distribution challenges and out-of-stock situations proactively. - Develop strategies to exceed market share targets in assigned channels. - Maintain customer engagement through regular call coverage and relationship building. - Promote brand values via marketing initiatives and cross-selling/upselling opportunities. - Execute ad hoc tasks as directed.
