**Job title** Business Development Representative **Role Summary** Drive high‑quality B2B lead generation and pipeline advancement using AI‑powered market data. Engage prospects through targeted phone, social, email, and personalized video outreach; capture and translate intelligence into actionable account insights. **Expectations** - Deliver superior quality leads and conversations, prioritising detail over volume. - Actively research prospects and leverage the company’s AI/ML data set, social media, and sales tech stack to maximise outreach relevance. - Maintain a continuous learning mindset and collaborate with leadership on performance reviews and development planning. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct outbound prospecting calls to capture intelligence, present the client proposition, and secure qualified leads or sales opportunities. - Execute social‑selling activities: share client content, expand professional networks, engage via LinkedIn direct messages, video calls, and phone. - Manage email cadencing through the Lead Management System, ensuring timely, automated outreach to targeted prospects. - Produce and send personalized one‑to‑one videos to enhance engagement and nurture prospects through the pipeline. - Capture and document key client insights; collaborate with management to craft compelling storytelling of programme performance. - Review and refine personal performance metrics in partnership with leadership; set and pursue development goals. **Required Skills** - Prior B2B sales experience or comparable selling skills. - Proficiency in outbound phone, email, LinkedIn, and video outreach. - Strong research and prospecting abilities; can efficiently utilise AI/ML data. - Effective written and verbal communication, including presentation and video‑ready delivery. - Negotiation, influencing, and relationship‑building skills. - Tech‑savvy, PC literate, comfortable with CRM and sales automation tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory). - Certifications in sales development (e.g., SDR training, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) or relevant sales technology tools are advantageous.
