Job Description: Job Title: Full Stack Software Developer Role Summary: Develop and maintain a national software platform for end-of-life care management, with a focus on full-stack development (frontend/backend) to support scalable, mission-critical applications. Work autonomously and collaboratively in a small, tight-knit team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Expectations: Hands-on experience in full-stack development using modern web technologies; proficiency in agile workflows; ability to solve complex technical problems independently and in team settings. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop frontend components using Typescript, React, and Redux. - Build and optimize backend systems with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS (Lambda, RDS, SQS, Batch, EventBridge). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule. - Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback. - Write unit/integration tests to ensure software reliability. - Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues. - Participate in full lifecycle development (ideation, deployment, maintenance). Required Skills: - Frontend: Typescript, React, Redux - Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS services (Lambda, RDS, SQS, Batch, EventBridge) - Tools: Git, Jira, VS Code (Copilot/Cursor), Google Suite - Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, time management - Technical: SQL query proficiency, AI/LLM integration for development efficiency Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
