Job Description

**Job Title**: Scrum Master / Mortgage **Role Summary**: Lead cross-functional mortgage industry Agile teams to deliver technology and product solutions. Provide servant leadership, foster collaboration between Product Owners and engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement in software development processes. **Expectations**: Minimum 7 years as a Scrum Master with mortgage domain experience. Requires hands-on Agile methodology expertise, impediment resolution, and metrics-driven transparency to enhance team performance and business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, stand-downs, retrospectives). - Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams on backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release planning. - Coach teams on Agile principles, SAFe, Kanban, and adapt practices to project needs. - Identify and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery of high-value solutions. - Monitor team velocity, cycle time, and other metrics to improve efficiency and quality. **Required Skills**: - Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with hands-on facilitation and tailoring experience. - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project-tracking tools. - Working knowledge of .NET/C#, QA workflows, DevOps, and AWS Cloud/microservices (preferred). - Ability to apply AI tools for task automation and productivity enhancement (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.
