Job Title: Scrum Master / Mortgage
Job Location: Dallas area - Hybrid (All remote work must be performed within the United States.)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $120-150,000 (annually) with an employee benefits package.
General Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong mortgage industry expertise to guide and support Agile teams in delivering complex technology and product-level solutions. This role requires hands-on servant leadership, close collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering teams, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, driving transparency with metrics, and empowering teams to deliver business value. This position will start 100% remote, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 days remote).
Job Requirements
Must have direct experience in the mortgage domain.
7+ years as a Scrum Master supporting multiple concurrent teams.
Strong background working with Product Owners and engineering teams (.NET/C#, QA, DevOps).
Hands-on expertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tailoring practices to team needs.
Experience with .NET, AWS Cloud, and microservices (highly preferred, not required).
Highly prefer individuals leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work for efficiency.
Expert with Jira, Confluence, and other project tracking tools.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master strongly preferred.
