Full Stack Engineer
**Role Summary**
Architect and ship a real‑time internal developer platform that unifies deployments, performance, incidents, and AI‑powered tooling. Lead event‑driven backend design in Node.js/Next.js/TypeScript with Supabase, build LLM agent workflows, and craft intuitive agent‑human interfaces. Collaborate directly with founders on architecture, scalability, and product strategy at a zero‑to‑one startup.
**Expectations**
- Proven full‑stack 0‑to‑1 builder who has shipped production code in Next.js and event‑driven serverless environments.
- Experience designing scalable, real‑time data flows and API schemas for dynamic developer tools.
- Passion for agentic product experiences and AI integration within engineering workflows.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, iterate fast, and manage fire‑fighting without compromising architectural integrity.
- Strong, candid communication, capable of making high‑impact decisions with limited hierarchy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement the modern Node.js/Next.js/TypeScript backend with Supabase, including schema, event flows, and webhook ingestion.
- Build and maintain LLM agent pipelines: memory, retry logic, context updates, and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop intuitive product interfaces for human‑agent interaction (Agent Experience).
- Partner with founders to make critical technical decisions balancing speed, scalability, and community impact.
- Own the end‑to‑end stack: from feature conception through production deployment, monitoring, and support.
**Required Skills**
- Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase (or equivalent)
- Serverless, event‑driven architecture, real‑time data ingestion
- Relational and/or NoSQL database schema design
- AI/LLM workflow design (agents, memory, retries, context)
- Front‑end UX/UI for agent interaction, responsive design
- Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD, containerization, observability
- Problem‑solving in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience;
- 3+ years of full‑stack engineering in production or startup environments;
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling (Claude, Claude Code, etc.) is a plus.
