Job Description

Job Title: Product Engineer Role Summary: Build and ship decentralized trading infrastructure across multiple blockchains, serving as the bridge between product strategy and technical execution. Expectations: - Own end‑to‑end product and technical delivery, collaborating closely with the CEO and CTO. - Translate business and trading problems into actionable technical specifications and sprint plans. - Deliver high‑quality features quickly, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements and trading use cases into clear technical feature specs. - Decompose complex problems into implementable tasks and prioritize with leadership. - Design, implement, and debug backend APIs and on‑chain interactions (Node.js, Python, Go). - Participate in deployments, monitoring, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipelines. - Develop and refine decentralized trading flows (DEX aggregation, routing, execution logic). - Work with multi‑chain indexing and large blockchain data pipelines. - Shape and iterate new features for web and Telegram trading clients. - Coordinate releases, run product experiments, and evaluate impact on quality, security, and performance. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Product Engineer, Technical PM, or product‑oriented developer. - Strong backend fundamentals (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar). - Ability to read, debug, and reason about distributed systems. - Solid understanding of blockchain basics: EVM, smart contracts, DeFi concepts. - Competent with CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and API behavior diagnostics. - Excellent written communication for concise specs and technical breakdowns. - Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a major plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (preferred). - No specific certifications required.
