Product Engineer (DeFi / Trading Infrastructure) — Hybrid Dubai / EU
We’re helping a small elite Web3 studio (7-figure ARR) hire a Product Engineer — a hybrid of product builder + hands-on engineer.
French is a major plus
The team builds decentralized trading infrastructure used across multiple chains: indexing, routing, execution, analytics, automation.
You’ll work directly with the CEO & CTO and shape both product direction and technical implementation.

Already profitable (7-figure ARR) and scaling into new chains, trading tools, and automation systems.

Hybrid — EU remote + short onsite sprints in Dubai (travel & accommodation fully covered)

What You Will Do
As a Product Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product strategy and engineering execution:
Product + Technical Ownership
Translate business problems & trading use cases into clear, technical feature specifications
Break down complex problems into implementable tasks
Align with CEO/CTO on impact, feasibility, and priority
Hands-on Engineering
Debug features, investigate issues, validate system behavior
Contribute to backend/API design and on-chain interactions
Support infrastructure tasks: deployments, monitoring, performance tuning
Trading Infrastructure Development
Work on decentralized trading flows (DEX aggregation, routing, execution logic)
Interact with multi-chain indexing & high-volume datasets
Shape new features for web & Telegram trading clients
Product Lifecycle
Coordinate releases
Run iterative product experiments
Evaluate performance, quality, and security impacts
Ensure fast, safe shipping with minimal process overhead
You Are
A product-minded engineer — comfortable switching between technical implementation and product reasoning
Someone who enjoys breaking down complex systems, spotting problems early, and shipping fast
A builder with strong fundamentals (algorithms, data, APIs, backend logic)
Startup-ready: autonomous, proactive, iterative
Fluent in English. French is a major plus
Must-Have
Experience as a Product Engineer / Technical PM / Product-minded Developer
Strong backend fundamentals (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)
Ability to read, debug, and reason about distributed systems
Understanding of blockchain basics (EVM, smart contracts, DeFi concepts)
Clear written communication — ability to write concise specs & technical breakdowns
Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD, debugging tools, logs, API behavior
Nice-to-Have
Solidity / Ethers.js / Web3.js
Experience with DEXs, trading systems, execution logic
React / Next.js exposure
Work with large blockchain data pipelines
Security awareness (keys, risk, transaction safety)
