Senior Head of Marketing
**Role Summary**
Strategic, creative, and commercially driven marketing leader responsible for building and scaling the Teresa Tarmey brand across clinic, hotel partnership, and skincare channels. Owns the full marketing mix—brand narrative, acquisition, retention, culture, and customer experience—while operating in an entrepreneurial, high‑growth environment.

- Deliver an integrated brand and marketing strategy that balances short‑term performance with long‑term equity.
- Own end‑to‑end customer journeys and growth loops across digital, social, PR, and offline touchpoints.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a small cross‑functional team and external agencies.
- Operate hands‑on, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented, driving results with limited budgets.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Brand & Strategy**
- Define and execute the brand positioning, tone, and visual identity.
- Plan the brand calendar (launches, activations, partnerships, retail).
2. **Communications & PR**
- Lead brand storytelling across owned, earned, and paid media.
- Manage PR office, secure high‑quality coverage, and coordinate influencer partnerships.
- Build visibility through events and industry collaborations.
3. **Digital & Performance**
- Oversee performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates).
- Manage influencer strategy and lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo.
- Partner with Head of E‑Commerce to optimise conversion and DTC performance.
4. **Social & Content**
- Develop and oversee organic social strategy.
- Collaborate with Creative Director on campaign assets and community building.
5. **Offline & Clinic Marketing**
- Drive clinic marketing and align service storytelling with product narratives.
- Support clinic launches, activations, sampling, and experiential initiatives.
- Explore retail/wholesale partnerships that protect brand equity.
6. **Leadership & Team**
- Manage and mentor Head of E‑Commerce, Marketing Executive, and Digital Agency.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration and ensure campaign delivery.
- Balance creativity with commercial rigor and operational efficiency.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years in brand, marketing, or communications, preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury.
- Proven record in brand building (PR, events, partnerships) and digital growth (performance, CRM, e‑commerce).
- Strong analytical capabilities—translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with commercial acumen; ability to balance brand equity and ROI.
- Leadership experience: managing teams and agencies while remaining execution‑ready.
- Comfortable in startup culture; resourceful, fast‑moving, and results‑focused.
- Advantage: experience in service/treatment or clinic environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) or industry certifications (Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
